Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, and around your delivery location. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.

Delayed Packages

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away.
