Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select the products you'd like, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. We'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. Express shipping takes 2-4 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international destinations in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please see our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Products

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes! All products at TrendLittle are selected with pet safety as our top priority. We use pet-safe materials including non-toxic ceramics, BPA-free plastics, stainless steel, and durable, chew-resistant fabrics.

How do I choose the right size carrier or collar?

Each product page includes detailed sizing information. For carriers, measure your pet's length (nose to tail base) and height (floor to top of head). For collars, measure your pet's neck circumference and add two finger widths for comfort.

Are your beds machine washable?

Most of our pet beds feature removable, machine-washable covers for easy cleaning. Check the individual product description for specific care instructions.
