30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your pet to love every product from TrendLittle. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- In resalable condition (no pet hair, stains, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items (e.g., engraved ID tags)
- Grooming products that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@trendlittle.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack the items securely in original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@trendlittle.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including shipping costs.
